Marin County Free Library currently maintains a library website within a county frame, but is planning to migrate in 2007/08 to its own servers.
The Library also intends to implement a content management system at that time. We are seeking an enthusiastic eServices Librarian who is able to work collaboratively and enjoy the challenge of a position that is in transition from webmaster to web manager.

Statewide Information Services, Wyoming State Library, Cheyenne, WY
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Under general supervision, manage the state publications depository program consisting of print, digital and audio-visual resources collected from state government; establish a digitization program to capture born digital resources and to convert existing paper documents to digital documents; develop and maintain working relationships with personnel in state government to ensure appropriate documents are submitted to the depository; develop value added information about the collection and services through social software, presentations, webliographies and communications; respond to complex inquiries and requests for information from state employees, elected officials, residents and researchers; coordinate with other divisional staff the work tasks of cataloging, storage and related actions for the depository; regularly monitor emerging technologies to anticipate new document formats and impact on program efforts.

HIRING RANGE: $2,912.00 - $3,447.00 Per Month
